Dr Appt

Fiona had her 2 month appt today. She weighed 10 lbs, 9 oz (50th percentile) and was 23.5 inches long (90th percentile).The doctor said she was very healthy. She also got 2 shots which she took like a champ!

Sleeping Beauty

Somebody slept 6 and 1/2 hours straight last night. I'll give you a hint. I slept 4 and 1/2 and Matt slept 8. That's right, Miss Fiona slept that long! Hopefully it is the start of a new phase and not just a freak accident.

Fiona likes to hang out on the quilt that Grandma made her.

So I'm not off to a very good start with updating this. I will try to be better. Fiona had her 2 week doctor appt yesterday. She is totally healthy except that she hasn't gained as much weight as they would like. We have to go back in on Friday for another weight check. Hopefully I can fatten her up some this week. Here are some random pictures from the last two days:

She likes to just lay there and look around for awhile. 

Classic Fiona: She can't keep her socks on for more than 10 minutes at a time.

And after a while of looking around, she starts to fall asleep

I took her for a ride in the car today to go mail some letters.

My favorite part about this is that it puts her to sleep.

Fiona is officially 10 days old so it is about time we got some pictures posted:


We finally got her in her bouncer when she was calm. She hung out there for about 30 minutes until she started crying.

Daddy was toweling her off after her first bath. She was making some crazy faces.

Daddy using the duck towel to dry her off. It is kind of blurry because she is so squirmy.

Her first bath in the Whale of a Tub. She actually enjoyed it, didn't cry at all.

Dad is religious about tummy time, 2 to 3 times a day for 5 mintues. He actually has a stop watch but I don't think you can see it in this picture.
